Suite Sales Campaign + Experience Design
Madison Square Garden
As MSG began to move forward with a major renovation to the iconic arena, they needed to pre-sell luxury suites that would bring events and games to a new level for attendees. We knew that the most passionate fans would be the ones to respond, so messaging led with profound experiences and lasting memories, instead of square footage and perks (though we covered that too).
The customer experience began with commemorative books and invitation materials that led to an immersive sales presentation center, with rooms and hallways featuring inspiring video and infused with the language of the campaign.
